    ⚠️ Missing or Damaged Packages

    Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@shopdailygrab.com with photos of the item and packaging.

    Missing Packages:
    If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your parcel:

    • Please check with neighbours or a safe place
    • Contact your local courier
